Our sales team is comprised of experienced professionals who have the ability to conceptualize a sales plan and execute accordingly with a focus on identifying and building new business prospects. Success requires a very self-motivated, proactive individual who can sell in a consultative fashion to C-level business executives.
We look for experienced sales professionals with multiple years of applicable sales experience within consulting, banking, and/or financial services. Executive level business-to-business selling experience in banking and/or financial services is required. Knowledge of banking operations and banking financial management is a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Project, PowerPoint) is a job requirement. Experience with CRM platforms is preferred.
The members of our engagement team conduct in-depth analyses that offer new ideas and process improvements to our clients as well as assist with solution development, presentation, and execution. Client projects focus on fee income, pricing, process improvement, reengineering, organizational change, and revenue improvement.
We are seeking individuals who are forward thinkers with strong analytical skills and have an ability to conceptualize a plan/vision and execute accordingly. A demonstrated ability to constructively challenge existing business practices, exceptional project management skills, excellent communication and negotiating skills are also required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Project, PowerPoint) is a job requirement.
